The HM Machinery ZA250X Sheet Deburring Machine is a dual wheel design, with integrated dust extraction, designed for deburring the edges of sheet or plate metal up to 10mm or 3/8” thick. The ZA250X utilizes abrasive flap wheels to debur most ferrous and nonferrous materials, including mild steel, aluminium, stainless steel, copper, and brass.

Features & Benefits:

• Dual motors which rotate in opposite directions, and can debur either one edge, or both edges simultaneously with the 60 grit flap wheels.
• The adjustable material support accommodates a wide range of sheet sizes, allowing flexibility for different projects or fabrication needs.
• The top cover of the machine can be opened to grind or finish flat surfaces in addition to edge deburring.
• The motors have adjustable positioning, which allows the operator keeps the flap wheels in a consistent position as they wear over time.
• An integrated dust extraction system reduces dust and debris during deburring, and debris is collected in an easily emptied bag at the rear of the machine.
