After suddenly experiencing malfunctioning air conditioning in our home I actually saw the ARA truck while walking. I made a call and Ali, the owner, told me to expect him in approximately 2 hours. Like clockwork he arrived and within 2 minutes after hearing of the issue, he identified to problem, had the replacement part and was able to resolve the problem within 30 minutes.
