This triple action formula uses evidence-based ingredients such as magnesium as well as traditional herbs including lemon balm and lavender, traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to help relax the mind and reduce time to fall asleep and ziziphus, traditionally used in Chinese medicine to relieve restless sleep.

Active ingredients:
Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender) extract dry conc. 150mg equivalent dry flower 600mg, Magnesium phosphate pentahydrate (Magnesium 55mg) 266mg, Melissa officinalis (Lemon Balm) extract dry conc. 150mg equivalent dry leaf 600mg, Ziziphus jujuba var. spinosa (Ziziphus) extract dry conc. 250mg equivalent dry seed 5g.

No added gluten, wheat, milk products or yeast. No added artificial sweeteners.

Directions:    
Adults - Take 2 tablets once a day, 30 minutes to an hour before bedtime.
Children under 18 years – Only as professionally prescribed.

Contraindications and cautions:
