The bracket connecting the frame to my TEWH embroidery machine feels loose. How should I tighten it properly?
The brackets should be firmly hand-tightened when installing your MaggieFrame magnetic hoop for TEWH. If they feel loose, use a screwdriver to ensure the screws connecting the bracket to the frame, not the machine body, are snug. Avoid overtightening to protect the threads and maintain smooth hoop alignment during embroidery.
Will my TEWH embroidery machine automatically recognize this 8.5″ × 9″ (215 × 230 mm) hoop size?
Like most third-party magnetic embroidery frames, TEWH machines do not automatically detect this MaggieFrame size.
